• Affiliate products (external links to partners such as Amazon, Temu, Hotmart), for which Seafront Adventure is not responsible for delivery or post-sale support.

3. Delivery and Access
• Digital products are delivered via email or direct download link upon payment confirmation.
• No physical items are shipped, except in cases where the customer purchases through affiliate partners, in which case their terms apply.

4. Payments
• Payments are processed through secure platforms including SIBS Gateway, credit/debit cards, MB WAY, and other options available at checkout.
• All prices include VAT where applicable.
• For non-EU customers, local taxes or customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Warranty and Support
• For digital products, the warranty ensures that the correct file is delivered as described.
• In case of technical access issues or corrupted files, customers should contact support for free replacement.

6. Cancellation / Refund Policy
Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese law (DL 24/2014, Article 17):
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered in non-physical form if the customer agrees to the immediate start of service upon purchase.
• In exceptional cases, refund requests will be assessed individually by contacting our support team.
