This policy applies to purchases made on the website www.seafrontadventure.com, operated by Seafront Adventure. We recommend reading it carefully before making any digital product purchase.
- Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 10 of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, consumers have the right to freely withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, except for the exceptions provided by law.
In the case of digital products (such as ebooks or courses) delivered immediately, the consumer loses this right if they give prior and express consent at the time of purchase.
- Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
According to Article 17 of the same decree, cancellation is not allowed when:
- The consumer expressly consents to the start of the supply of the digital content before the withdrawal period expires;
- And acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal.
This consent is collected during the checkout process.
- Cancellation Due to Technical Error or Defective Product
If the purchased digital product is corrupted, inaccessible, or has technical issues attributable to the supplier, the consumer may request a new file delivery or a refund.
To do so, they must contact: seafront@seafrontadventure.com within 14 days of purchase, describing the issue and including proof of purchase.
- Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation in eligible cases: - Send an email to: seafront@seafrontadventure.com;
- Include name, purchase date, and reason for the request;
- Wait for a reply with confirmation or further instructions.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days after approval of the request.
